Tayler Suspended Me from DeafVideo.TV

After I removed his video comments under my vlog because it has nothing to do with my vlog and I didn’t want to discussed a specific situation that would invite Tayler’s Roaches into and destroy my discussion that related to my vlog, he suspended me without notifying me. Thats when I saw the true color of Tayler and with a clear evidence that tayler is not interested in doing the right thing.. Tayler doesn’t have any valid reason to suspend me and to let me know what is his reasons to suspend me… Tayler created the features such as blocking, video removal, etc.. Tayler said that he want to empower us to moderate our own sites and to get a feeling of ownership of our vlogsite at Deafvideo. I even explained in my video comment why I removed his first comment.. He tried to divert the attention away from the video and begun to argue with me about removing his vlog and his disagreement with my decision. Tayler thew a fit by running to other site, left several comments under vlogger complaining about me and here were his roaches following him and leaving their comments badmouthing about me that has nothing to do with my vlog.. For example… I find it laughable when Barry said I destroyed myself and I am Medusa…. No I succeed myself by climbing upward on the ladder and I am doing very well… And if you really think I am medusa… I suggest you not to look into my eyes in my vlog or else I will turn you into stone.. I don’t care if you need your eyes to understand what I am saying. LOL… Anyway thats why I refused to permit Tayler to pollute my site with his roaches… There are more information in vlog.

1. To correct President Dave Staehle’s misinformation about my vlog that was being announced at RSD meeting last Friday. Here is Chickadeemae’s non-permissive recording at RSD meeting and you will see what the President Staehle said about my vlog at 6:30.

False/Misleading Advertisement

There was no disclaimer to let us know it is satire or there will be blank pages in this book, Audiologists and Speech Therapists Know Everything about the Deaf People

A blogger from England complained he never got the DVD - Milan 1880″ – 125 years of embarrassment to the deaf people’s lives” from the very same man, James Kittell who produced this book, Audiologists and Speech Therapists Know Everything about the Deaf People. Many people already ordered and paid for these DVDS from James Kittell and these people never got them or got money back since 2006.

“The AB 2072 Bill was Killed by The Terminator”

What a Victory for the Deaf community in California, with the AB 2072 bill being killed by the Terminator. This is very important moment for the Deaf community. The Terminator, Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger, recognized how important it is for parents of Deaf children to have information that is unbiased which is lingusitically and culturally sensitive. So he does recognize the Deaf community as a linguistic and cultural group, which is double good news.

Here is Our Hero, the terminator, Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger as he wrote in a memo explaining why he vetoed AB2072 (emphasis added): “Parents, when first advised that their child has been identified with a hearing loss, are in need of information. It is in the parents’ and the affected child’s best interest to have information that is timely, appropriate, UNBIASED, and LINGUISTICALLY and CULTURALLY sensitive. This bill is an attempt to provide that type of comprehensive information. Unfortunately, the mechanism is through an advisory committee that is anything but UNBIASED….” The Terminator, Arnold Schwarzenegger, the Governor of the California, did find the AB2072 bill to be biased. Finally, the political system did right thing for the Deaf community.

The proponents of AB 2072 shot themselves in the foot with this bill that was created by Tony Mendoza along with the audiologists’ lobby.

The Deaf community fought back by educating state representatives and senators about the Deaf community and our prerogatives and needs. Tony Mendoza was then forced to revise AB 2072 due to the objection of Deaf community in California. However, the Deaf community was not satisfied by the revision and wanted to kill the bill to be able to start from scratch with a new bill – this time with the participation of Deaf experts such as ASL/English linguists and Deaf specialists. The senators chose to vote for it anyway and moved it forward to the governor’s desk. The Deaf community did think that Schwarzenegger would sign the bill while wearing a figurative blindfold. However… he didn’t sign it while blindfolded. It is great and exciting news that Schwarzenegger, “The Terminator,” terminated the bill. That’s what the Deaf community wanted in the first place… THAT IS VICTORY for the Deaf community in California!

To those whiners/naysayers who favored the original intent of AB2072, unfortunately, including some of our own people, who couldn’t bear the news that AB2072 bill was vetoed by an intelligent man who has values and respects language and culture, the real reason why these naysayers supported the original AB2072 is because they were doing so out of revenge and bitterness. Their behavior reminds me Carrie, a character in a movie who flipped out due to a small group of people who were bullying her. Carrie went crazy and tried to wipe out the people who attended the school prom, regardless of whether some were innocent and were not involved in bullying her. The “Carrie’s” in this current, real-life situation aren’t able to differentiate between two different groups – those who were are bullies, on the one hand, with the other group being Deaf people who take a proactive approach to make better world for our next generation of Deaf children.

One commenter on a blog, someone who is angry due to having abandonment/rejection issues, and who obsesses about it, “WhiteGhost,” along with others like him/her, projects their own psychologies on the scene, creating an ideology of delusion, claiming that the Deaf people who take a proactive approach are instead are supposedly just Deaf people who are not capable of reading and writing English well enough to understand the issues. WOW, that is bad enough they had to delude themselves into thinking that the Deaf community is not capable of reading and writing the kind of sophisticated language required and that they supossedly do not understand what is the real reason that AB207 was vetoed.

Many in the Deaf Community understand completely what is going on with AB2072 and are quite capable of reading and writing. When we do not understand a specific sentence or word, we are capable asking someone for clarification and we will make sure we will get right answers, like other supposedly “normal” people.

And… Yes… Yes…. This is a huge victory for the Deaf community in California… You Rock, Deaf Californians, and The Terminator, too, Gov. Schwarzenegger!
